    True Nature Co. (True) is a brand registered under Crush Foods Sdn. Bhd. We aim to be the best recognised brand in the rapidly growing health / natural food and beverage segment in Malaysia.
  2. What is a True Juice/Smoothie?
    True Juices and Smoothies are cold pressed-flash pasteurised pure fruits beverages with the benefit of natural fibre. Each 250ml bottle contains fruits and only fruits – NO added preservatives, sugars, concentrates, additives or even water. Besides the goodness of variety of fruits, a True Juice/ Smoothie will provide you with more than 50% of your daily recommended intake (RDI) of Vitamin C and 2 portions of your 5-A-DAY*.
    *5-A-DAY is the recommended daily consumption portion of fruits and vegetables by World Health Organisation (WHO). i.e. 400g minimum (80gx5)
  3. What gives True Juices/ Smoothies their extended shelf life vs other natural juice products?
    Every True Juice/Smoothie had undergone a gentle pasteurisation process to eliminate harmful microbes without taking away the taste and its nutrition, that means a chilled or refrigerated True Juice/ Smoothie will retain its delicious and healthful qualities for at least four weeks!
  4. Where can I purchase True Juice/ Smoothie?
    True beverages are currently available in over 150 retail outlets in Klang Valley. We are continually expanding our retail partnerships and aim to grow our networks outside the Klang Valley over the coming year. Our recently-awarded GMP, HAACP and HALAL certifications mean we can now access new distribution centres such as supermarkets, schools, hospitals and corporate entities.

  6. How do I purchase?
    You can order your True Juices/Smoothies at any time for delivery here. Every purchase made on will come in a pack of 6 bottles and you are entitled for FREE delivery!
  7. Are there any delivery charges?
    Our delivery charges are free for the areas mentioned (i.e. KL, PJ, Subang, Puchong, Seri Kembangan and Sunway) and subject to a minimum order quantity of 6 bottles. Deliveries to locations outside of the stipulated areas and less than 6 bottles will incur a delivery charge. Please contact us via email at for more info.
  8. When can I expect my order to be delivered?
    Your order(s) will be delivered on the next working day if the order is placed before 11.59p.m. You can select between the 2 sessions provided (morning/afternoon). If you have a more specific delivery time and date in mind, please contact us via email or contact form provided. Our representative will get in touch with you.
  9. What if I don’t like the products I receive?

    We accept PayPal, all major credit/debit cards and direct online banking through the iPay88 secure payment gateway. You can also select for the Cash-On-Delivery (COD) option*
  11. How will I know if my order was successful?
    You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal or iPay88, which also provides a unique order number. You can quote us this unique order number for any enquiries. You will also receive an order notification from us.
